DEED TRANSFER INFORMATION
The fees for a Deed Transfer are as follows:
$55.00 Paperwork only.
$25.00 Transfer fee per share
$10.00 Notary Fee per share
$35.00 Death Certificate fee per share
All fees must be paid at the time of transfer. Call the office 48 hours in advance to make
an appointment to transfer a share  at (951)277-4261
The cost of a share is now $1,500.00
RV Storage

storage is open for owners and the general public. Storage is limited to Motor homes,
Trailers, 5th wheels, Cars, and boats. Registration,license,insurance, and storage
agreements must be on file and up to date! To update your storage file contact  the
Administration office  at (951)277-4261, or fax information to (951)277-2109
MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Please submit all maintenance requests to the Administration Office
         Messages from Maintenance:
  • Maintenance will pick up your leaves without debris. Please put them at the end of
    your site
  • Anyone with a hose lying on the grass will not get mowed.
  • Watering schedule is now from 6:00 AM~10:00AM and 3:00PM~6:00PM for 15
    minutes only. This means that there will be no watering between the hours of
10:00 AM~ 3:00PM  Owners who are found leaving their hoses on the ground
 with the water running during these hours will be reported to the Office &
 notice will be given
  • If you are having electric breaker problems on your site please do not tell a
    maintenance person, Call the Office (or contact the gate if after hours) to have
 a repair scheduled with maintenance.
  •  Storage hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM M~F  9:30AM~4:30PM  Sat. & Sun.
